Nova Network is an early-access NovaCoin rewards app. The app lets users create an account, mine app rewards, claim daily bonuses, use referral codes and view wallet history.

Data we process

We process account data such as name, email, password hash, referral code, app balance, reward history, device identifier for anti-abuse protection, approximate IP metadata and app activity events such as mining, rewards and referrals.

Why we use data

We use data to keep accounts secure, provide balances and wallet history, prevent abuse, operate referrals, support notifications and improve app reliability.

Advertising

The app may use rewarded, banner, native, interstitial and app-open ads. Depending on the remotely enabled provider, advertising identifiers, consent choices and ad events may be processed by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Yandex Mobile Ads, Appodeal or Appodeal mediation partners under their respective privacy policies. Ads are requested only after the applicable consent flow allows them.

Security and retention

Network traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and access tokens are protected in Android Keystore. Operational and anti-fraud records are retained only as needed to secure accounts, keep reward and transaction history accurate, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Backups are access-restricted and rotated by the operator.

You can also contact us at support@mynovanetwork.app. Account identity and profile data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized after ownership verification; limited transaction and anti-fraud records may be retained where required for security or law.
